Bank of America, I don't need to beg you!
How do you feel if your want refund for your overdraft from bank, and they need to check your passed relation with bank of America?
For some reason, the cash flow is very very low to the charity work. Also unfortunately, I found there are couple times of overdraft. So I decide to chat with bank of America customer representative.
I asked her :" Do you have the refund for one time overdraft fee once a year?"
She gave me a very SURPRISED answer :"I need to check the past relation you have with the bank."
That answer not just strange, also make me feel I am threaten. I am not begging for refund, I am using my right to request for refund.
After a short chatting, she gave me a sweet answer:"I sincerely apologize, we cannot refund any fees, until it is due to a Bank error. On the basis of your current and past account history, I'm unable to process any refund, your account is in overdrawn status."
Well, there is nothing You can do to change someone's bad impression.
But there is always a solution, we can stop someone abusing us. Get rid of it, and move on to the next bank.

I am telling myself don't be mad at stupid bank of america system
I found something that really pissed me off about Bank of America.
I transferred $59.67 to pay my credit card. And that's all money I have in my checking account. Then the computer system take out 67 cents to my saving account at the same time. Which made me "over draft" 67 cents...The stupid bank system still charge me $35 overdraft fee...
I can not believe the banker don't even try to confirm things and let computer system to charge customers' money. They are so irresponsible for what they are doing.
They deserved to be sued.
An angry guy writing this to let people know how greedy the BOA(bend over america)is .
